When you want to make a request for service, you have choices.
You can call our Support Line and we will help you over the phone or by remote control, with your approval.
f you prefer, you have a self-service option to create your own request using our website, http://rmpi.ca/support.
Click on the the Open New Ticket button.
Now you can just fill in the form, set the Priority, and click the “Submit Ticket” button.
Your request will be sent to the phone of the support person on-call and they will respond to you.
Your submission is confirmed.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to your request so you can check the status at any time.
